Linkage of GHG Emissions-trading Systems
Matthew Ranson, former student collaborator of the Harvard Project, and Robert Stavins, Director of the Harvard Project on Climate Agreements, recently published their research on linking emissions-trading systems in the journal Climate Policy. This journal article was based on a Discussion Paper released by the Harvard Project, which served as background to a side event at the Nineteenth Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Warsaw, Poland, in November 2013. The Harvard Project on Climate Agreements is a project of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program (HEEP), many of HEEP’s pre-doctoral and faculty fellows have published research.
