Robert I. Rotberg Appointed to State Department Panel on US Policy for Africa
Robert I. Rotberg, President of the World Peace Foundation and Director of the Program on Intrastate Conflict at BCSIA, has been appointed to a new federal panel charged with advising the Secretary of State on U.S. policy initiatives for Africa.
