Cyber Project

Nadiya Kostyuk (Cyber Security Project Fellow) will present her recent paper, "Invisible Digital Front: Can Cyber Attacks Shape Battlefield Events."

Lisa Wiswell (Principal at GRIMM and advisor to HackerOne) and Alex Rice (founder and chief technology officer at HackerOne) will reflect on their public and private sector experience setting up the Hack the Pentagon bug bounty program.

Siobhan MacDermott (Global Cyber Public Policy Executive at Bank of America), will give a talk, "Defending the Financial Sector from Cyber Attack."

Chris Inglis (US Naval Academy Professor) will draw on his previous experience as Deputy Director of the National Security Agency to discuss a new Defense Science Board he co-chairs that examines cyber as a strategic capability.

Lt Gen (retired) Kevin McLaughlin will discuss his recent tenure as Deputy Commander, U.S. Cyber Command. Lunch will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

John Hultquist, Director of Threat Intelligence at FireEye, will discuss commercial threat intelligence. This event is open to the public, but seating and lunch will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Jack Goldsmith (Harvard Law School Professor) and Stuart Russell (Cyber Security Project Fellow) will preview their paper, "America's International Predicament in Cyberspace." This event is open to the public, but seating and lunch will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Join the Cybersecurity Project for a special event on the impacts of machine learning on cybersecurity. Sameer Bhalotra (StackRox) will moderate a discussion between Dan Chenok (IBM Center for the Business of Government), Tom Corn (VMWare), and  Jennifer Lin (Google).
