Belfer Student and Fellows Session with Ashley Tellis, Senior Associate, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

Ashley Tellis is one of the most qualified experts on India and U.S.-India relations.  He served as Senior Advisor, and right-hand man, to Ambassador Robert Blackwill during his tenure as Ambassador to India from 2001 to 2003, and then briefly followed him to the National Security Council as a Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Strategic Planning and Southwest Asia.
