The National Security Program and the Belfer Center are co-sponsors of a study group for American military affairs. Panelists include former Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis III, who is currently an IOP Fellow at Harvard; Kieran Ramsey, Asst. Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Boston Counterterrorism Branch; LTC Richard G. Rollins, MA National Guard and former HKS National Security Fellow; a representative from the Mass. State Police, and a US Coast Guard representative. The panel will discuss the Boston Marathon Bombing Response, Collaboration, and Lessons Learned and the coordination and planning efforts between multiple Local, State, and Federal agencies prior to last year's Boston Marathon.  Bring your questions for a lively discussion.
