CANCELLED: "The Rest of the Story: Chemical and Biological Weapons"

U.S. Ambassador Donald A. Mahley will review the unclassified current state of assessed chemical and biological weapons threat, both from states and from non-state actors.  He will also outline the current activities and capabilities of international organizations to deal with threats and generating confidence that treaty commitments keep the threat from proliferating.
