Tom Graham and Wayne Merry, two successive chiefs of the political section of the American Embassy in Moscow after the collapse of the Soviet Union, will be discussing the current allegations of corruption leveled at Russia and many key official Russians. Their subtitle will reflect American political history, answering "What did we know and when did we know it?" Both have completed their testimony to the Congressional committee investigating corruption in Russia and the texts of their testimony will be available to all participants, if they so request with their RSVP.
