Rolf Mowatt-Larssen, Former Director of Intelligence and Counterintelligence at DOE, will speak on “Balancing Covert Action and Espionage.”
Mr. Rolf Mowatt-Larssen is a senior fellow at the Belfer Center and was previously Director of Intelligence and Counterintelligence at the U.S. Department of Energy. Prior to this, he served for 23 years as a CIA intelligence officer in various domestic and international posts. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, and served as an officer in the U.S. Army. Among his many awards are the CIA Director's Award and the George W. Bush Award for Excellence in Counterterrorism.
This seminar is open to Harvard students, fellows, faculty, and staff on first come first served basis.
