Ira C. Magaziner is President of SJS, Inc., an international corporate strategy consulting firm. Mr. Magaziner served as Senior Advisor to the President for Policy Development from January 1993 to December 1998. Mr. Magaziner was chiefly responsible for constructing a package of proposed Internet regulations "A Framework for Global Electronic Commerce," which outlined the U.S. government strategy for promoting the development of global electronic commerce on the Internet.
