A study group session led by Col. Poppas, LTC Howerton, & LTC DiGiambattista.

The National Security Program, Belfer Center for Science & International Affairs, and Center for Public Leadership are co-sponsors of a study group for military affairs, led by National Security Fellow LTC John DiGiambattista.  Each week a different National Security Fellow will host a session and lead a discussion of a military and public service-related subject.
