The foreign population in Dubai is estimated at approximately 90% of the population and Dubai is well known for its openness to foreigners and foreign investment.  Tally Zingher will explore how the laws applicable in Dubai reflect the Government's approach to harnessing the foreign population towards Dubai's long-term economic development.
