Professor Hall teaches courses on comparative politics and comparative political economy. He is the author of Governing the Economy, which won the Woodrow Wilson Award for the best book in political science published in 1986. He currently sits on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Max Planck Institute in Cologne and the Advisory Committee of the Council for European Studies in New York.
