Shai Feldman will provide the latest information on current conditions in the Middle East and the ongoing peace negotiations. Dr. Feldman is Head of the Jaffee Center for Stragetic Studies at Tel Aviv University and a member of the BCSIA Board of Directors. He has written extensively on issues related to Israel's national defense, nuclear policy, proliferation, and arms control, as well as on U.S. policies in the Middle East.
