    Agents of Change: Driving a More Diverse and Capable Intelligence Community is a two-day conference co-hosted by the Intelligence and Cyber Projects at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. 

    The conference will take place over two consecutive mornings, with the first day focusing on identifying and understanding the current state of, and the opportunities and issues surrounding diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) in the IC; and the second focused on developing and discussing innovative solutions to these issues. We will convene senior leadership in the USIC, current and former intelligence officers, and leaders in the private sector and academia to facilitate honest, open, and productive conversations.
