Justin Dargin speaks to TEPAV, the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey

Justin Dargin delivers a speech to TEPAV, the economic policy research foundation of Turkey during a meeting entitled "The Role of the Gulf in Turkey's Energy Diversification," held in Ankara during the month of October. Dargin addressed Turkey's need to focus on external energy resources and further recommended that Turkey expand its cooperation with the GCC.
