Nuclear Security and Arms Control Challenges in the Middle East

In this MTA Seminar, David Nusbaum, Gil Reich, and Avry Avital will share actions to be presented by the Israeli delegation in the upcoming Nuclear Security Summit; what Israel is doing to strengthen nuclear security; and how Israel is combating the threat of nuclear terrorism. Nusbaum, Reich, and Avital will refer to regional security issues, Israel's approach to new initiatives related to the use of nuclear energy in the Middle East, and to the important question of the next steps after the last NPT review conference.
