Jaidah Family Director of the Environment and Natural Resources Program, and Nathalie Tocci, Pierre Keller Visiting Professor, Harvard Kennedy School and Director of the Istituto Affari Internazionali, moderated by Paul-Etienne Pini, Belfer Young Leader and an MPP candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School.
