Biography

Noam Alon is a second-year Master in Public Policy candidate and a Belfer Young Leader Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. Before HKS, Noam worked at several global technology startups where she led business operations for R&D departments and developed risk management and AI model generation methodologies. Noam has been involved for many years with NGOs working on conflict resolution and dialog in Israel and Palestine, most notably with Tech2Peace. She graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University with a BA in Political Science and Business Administration. Her research interests include the role of technology and entrepreneurship policies in conflict resolution and Impact investing.
