Have we reached Peak Solipsism? And what does that mean for the international system. Together panellists weighed in on the upcoming UNFCCC talks to be held in Paris in December and the overarching policy issues at play.

He examined President Obama's current foreign policy strategy and priorities as well as expectations for the remaining two years of the Obama presidency.
