Mr. Azzam discussed a study recently published by the American University in Beirut's Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy.  The study analyzed the human rights issues raised at the Universal Periodic Review of 10 Arab States and their acceptance and rejection of recommendations made by the Human Rights Council.
