Robert Stavins was appointed by EPA Administrator Carol Browner to a second term as Chairman of the Environmental Economics Advisory Committee. Stavins also chairs the Kennedy School''s Faculty Committee on Overseas Projects which oversees the School''s activities in other countries.
John Holdren testified before Congress in July to the Subcommittee on Energy and Environment where he discussed ways to improve U.S. energy security and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
