Luke Bienstock is a Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy School. He’s a member of QLab, the Belfer Center’s dual-use startup accelerator, and helps organize the HBS-MIT Technology and National Security Conference. He is also a cofounder of a defense technology startup focused on advanced manufacturing and logistics.
Prior to Harvard, Luke served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he led the rollout of the Department of the Navy's 2024 budget at the Pentagon and also deployed aboard an aircraft carrier and a hospital ship.
Luke graduated from Dartmouth College, earning a bachelor’s degree with majors in Government and Middle Eastern Studies, and a minor in Public Policy.
