Salomé Tulane

Salomé Tulane is a Ph.D. candidate in International History and Politics at the Geneva Graduate Institute, and an International Security Program Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.

Her research examines French and U.S. foreign policy toward the Middle East and North Africa in the post-Cold War era, with a particular focus on France’s engagement in the region during the Arab Spring and its relationship to U.S. policy.

Her work has been published in Etudes internationales, and she has served as a contributing editor for the Journal of Public and International Affairs.

Salomé holds a B.A. in European Studies from Sorbonne and an M.Sc. in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
