Join us for the 2025 Lamont Lecture featuring Dmytro Kuleba. The youngest foreign affairs minister in Ukraine's history, Kuleba led Ukraine's diplomacy through its most challenging times during Russian aggression. He played a key role in building alliances, securing arms, imposing sanctions, advancing Ukraine’s EU and NATO bids, and expanding ties with Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

About the Lamont Lecture:
In January 1985, the Belfer Center received a grant from Corliss Lamont of New York to establish an endowed lecture series devoted to international security issues. The lectureship brings to Harvard a person widely recognized for leadership in diminishing the risk of nuclear war.
