Mr. Jesse Hampton (MPP 15), formerly in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, will discuss the American Approach to Space Superiority. “America risks being caught unprepared for the democratization of space.” Mr. Hampton worked in OSD focusing on South Asia security issues. His research this past summer at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory focused on revolutionary technology developments in space, including small satellites and inexpensive commercial launch systems.
