Event Details

The Arctic Innovators Course, (IGA 617, Policy and Social Innovation for the Changing Arctic) is the educational component of the Arctic Initiative at the Belfer Center, which strives to increase understanding and improve policies to respond to what is happening in the changing Arctic through research, convening, and education. The course is taught by Halla Hrund Logadóttir, the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Arctic Initiative who also invites a wide array of other Arctic experts in the roles of mentors for student ideas.

The goal of the Arctic Innovators Course  is to bring more young people into the expanding international discussion of Arctic issues, both to educate them about this fast changing region and its impacts on the rest of the globe and to equip them to contribute to developing and implementing sustainable solutions.

Feel free to bring your own refreshments to our online meeting.
