The National Security Program and the Belfer Center are co-sponsors of a weekly study group to promote awareness of American military affairs. COL Tim Walsh, LTC Shawn Cody and LTC Teresa Feliciano will address various U.S. Government End-Use Monitoring Programs for military equipment to international partners focusing on effectiveness and compliance. This particular talk will encourage participant viewpoints to better define problems and offer recommendations.
