The Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs is proud to host a Director's Seminar with Robert D. Reischauer, President, The Urban Institute, a nonprofit, non-partisan policy research and education organization that examines the social, economic and governance problems facing the nation. Previously, he has served as Director of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).

Mr. Reischauer is an economist, widely regarded as one of the country’s top experts on the federal budget. He has an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Economics and Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University.
