The Armed Forces Committee presents a conversation with current and former female officers in the US Army, US Navy, US Marine Corps and US Air Force discussing their experiences in service as party of a female minority. Moderated by Phoebe Kotlikoff, an Ensign in the US Navy, this discussion will cover topics such as reasons for serving, the roles women play in service, common assumptions and stereotypes, culture, expectations for the future of women in the armed forces, gender specific problems, work/life balance as well as personal anecdotes.
