About

Lieutenant General Charles H. Jacoby graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1978.  He attended a number of military and civilian schools and holds master's degrees in history, military operational art and science, and national strategic studies.  General Jacoby served in a number of command and staff positions from the tactical to strategic levels throughout his career.  He most recently commanded the Multinational Corps in Iraq.  General Jacoby is currently serving as the Director for Strategic Plans and Policy for the Joint Staff at the Pentagon.
