Professor Nicholas Burns will be speaking with the South Asian Law Students Association on the Development and Future of U.S.--South Asian Relations. Professor Nicholas Burns is the Sultan of Oman Professor of International Relations at Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to this, he served twenty-seven years in the U.S. government. Among other distinguished positions, he was Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs and he negotiated a number of agreements including the U.S.–India Civil Nuclear Agreement.
