Ambassador John Beyrle, US Ambassador to Russia from 2008-2012, will discuss Russia's role in the world with Professor Nicholas Burns in the Belfer Library at 4:30 pm, September 16. Ambassador Beyrle also served as Ambassador to Bulgaria (2005-2008) and retired from the US State Department in July 2012.
