The National Security Program and the Belfer Center are co-sponsors of a study group for American military affairs. National Security Fellow and Air Force Colonel Glenn Collins will review an aviation mishap that resulted in the worst air disaster in history as the backdrop for applying Crew Resource Management (CRM) techniques to enhance leadership and improve office relationships.
