Belfer Center Seminar "The Future of the Defense Industry - Challenges of Arming the United States and its Coalition Partners for the 21st Century," with Jeffrey P. Bialos, former Deputy Under Secretary of Defense Industrial Affairs and current Belfer Center Fellow.

Jeffrey P. Bialos recently served as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Industrial Affairs. In that capacity, he advised the Secretary on policies and programs concerning the defense industrial base, led the Department?s work on defense mergers and acquisitions, and managed initiatives and negotiations concerning the globalization of the defense industry and trans-Atlantic defense industrial cooperation. Mr. Bialos served as government advisor to a Defense Science Board study on the health and competitiveness of the US defense industry and as a member of a senior policy group reviewing the Joint Strike Fighter program?s acquisition strategy.
