About

The National Security Program and the Belfer Center are co-sponsors of a weekly study group to promote awareness of American military affairs.  Dr. Michael Egan, National Security Fellow from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) will discuss the challenges facing NGA as a Combat Support Agency and an Intelligence Agency from the commercialization of once closely held products and technologies.  As GPS, Open Source Mapping, and commercial high resolution imaging from space increase the availability, volume, and quality of geospatial data how should NGA change its focus toward products and analysis? Our military experts invite you to join the discussion while sharing refreshments.
