Great power competition has been heating up a touch in Australia’s near abroad of late, which certainly has Aussie national security professionals very interested. Assumptions of peaceful coexistence within the rules based global order ushered in by US leadership post WWII have been sorely tested, if not discarded. Working to make sense of this shift as a strategic planner within the Australian Defence Force over many years has been very interesting indeed. In this presentation I will share aspects that may be of interest for an audience of curious international intellectuals.

Refreshments will be served. Please RSVP here.
