Mrs. Sadako Ogata is currently conducting research for a new book she is writing on three major crises of the decade including, the Kurdish refugee crisis, the crisis in the Great Lakes region of Rwanda, Burundi and Congo and the crisis in the Balkans. As the former United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Mrs. Ogata is sure to bring valuable insight to this discussion.
