The Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs is proud to host Director's Lunch on "Intelligence Prior to the Gulf War—Lessons Learned" with Richard Kerr. Mr. Kerr worked for the CIA for over 30 years. Concluding as the Acting Director of Central Intelligence, he also served as deputy director of the Directorate of Intelligence and Deputy Director for Administration. Prior to this, he served as director or deputy director of several offices within the Directorate of Intelligence, including the office responsible for worldwide political analysis, the office of the East Asia analysis, and the office that produced current intelligence products including the daily briefing book for the President of the United States.
