Finally, CSIA co-sponsored with the Canada-U.S. Seminar Group of the Center for International Affairs a special seminar with the U.S. adn Canadian leaders of NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command).  General Robert Herres, Commander in Chief, and General Donald MacKenzie, Deputy Commander in Chief, Spoke to a large group on "Defense and the North: The Development of Strategic and Continental Air Defenses," and joined their hosts for a smaller group discussion over dinner.
