The North Korea Study Group, Korea Caucus, ROK National Unification Advisory Council will host a lecture with Sung-Yoon Lee, Adjunct Assistant Professor, Tufts University.

North Korea is the world's most influential regional power commensurate with its territorial/population size and economic/political/military/soft power.

But the end of its exceptional capacity to exist surrounded by the world's greatest powers is an eventuality we must expect and prepare for.
