Brian Kahin, Senior Policy Advisor, Information Infrastructure, for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, will be the first speaker for the Harvard Information Infrastructure Project's brown bag lunch series for Spring 1998. Mr. Kahin is the co-founder and former director of the HIIP, and is co-editor of such books as Coordinating the Internet, Borders in Cyberspace, Public Access to the Internet, and National Information Infrastructure Initiatives.
