As climate negotiations begin in Paris, join us for a screening of a groundbreaking new documentary from Academy Award® Winning director Louie Psihoyos. RACING EXTINCTION exposes the hidden forces driving many animal species toward extinction due to global climate change and illegal wildlife trafficking. With stunning photography under water and on land, this new documentary provides a global look at man’s devastating impact on endangered species.

Screened at Sundance 2015, RACING EXTINCTION will have its worldwide premiere in 220 countries and territories on the Discovery Channel on December 2, 2015. Accompanying the launch is a global action campaign #StartWith1Thing to encourage individuals, organizations and communities to make changes that will make a difference in terms of the environment and global climate change. Our Harvard audience has an advance opportunity to see and talk about the challenges raised by this provocative film.
