Mohsen M. Milani is Professor of Politics and Chair of the Department of Government and   International Affairs at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He has served as a research fellow at Harvard University, Oxford University’s St. Antony’s College, and the Foscari University in Venice, Italy. Milani is a frequent speaker at international and national conferences on Iran and the Persian Gulf.
