May Al-Dabbagh is a Research Fellow at the Dubai School of Government (DSG) and faculty advisor for the the Women and Leadership Development Program. Her primary area of interest is gender and public policy with a particular focus on countries of the Gulf Cooperative Council. Dr. Al-Dabbagh earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of Oxford for her doctoral thesis entitled "Working Women in Saudi Arabia: A Study of Stress and Well-Being."  Her interdisciplinary thesis examined the psychological dynamics of work-related stress among women in the developing context of Saudi society.  Dr. Al-Dabbagh earned her B.A. degree from Harvard University where she graduated in 1999 magna cum laude in Psychology.
