A special seminar with a team from US Army Europe to discuss the current security situation in Europe with the men and women tasked to defend our interests. Colonel Jim Crider, Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Effects, will describe the US Army challenges with a resurgent Russia, refugee migration and ever present terrorism in the European theater and entertain discussion.

This is a rare chance to discuss security and strategy directly with the people responsible for executing plans for achieving US strategic objectives in Europe.

US Army Europe is the ground force component of the US European Command. Based in Wiesbaden Germany, USAREUR is responsible for training and deploying the 30,000 plus Army troops stationed in Europe. USAREUR conducts the deployments of US ground forces into the Baltic States and the training of Ukrainian forces, as a part of the response to Russian aggression in Crimea and Eastern Ukraine.
