Panel Discussion at SABA India Conference
Panel Discussion at SABA India Conference
In the past few years a series of milestone events starting with the signing of the Next Steps in Strategic Opportunity (NSSP) and culminating with the much heralded Nuclear Deal has seen the U.S . India Relationship move in the direction of a strategic partnership. This has resulted in the de-hyphenation of India from the rest of South Asia-most notably Pakistan in terms of U.S. Foreign Policy. Given these significant developments, the panel will bring together policy makers and business commentators from both sides to discuss, reflect, and debate the consequences for the various stakeholders in the relationship-most notably business. The panel will focus on answering the following questions: What are the strategic and economic implications of these developments? What are some of the challenges moving forward?Where do we expect to see the relationship headed in 2007?http://www.hbsindiaconference.com/panel_6.htm
