Dimitri Simes is one of America's foremost experts on US-Russian relations and a frequent commentator in both the media and at academic gatherings on Russian policy formulation. He has strongly held views on a series of the most important issues in current US-Russian relations and will offer his perspective on the challenges facing our President as he meets President Putin in their May summit.
