An address by H.E. Dr. Abdullah Gül, President of the Republic of Turkey. President Gul was sworn in as the President of the Republic of Turkey in August 2007. He served as Prime Minister of Turkey for four months from 2002 to 2003, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2003 to 2007.
