Fellow's Portal

Welcome to the Belfer Center’s Fellows Portal. Here you will find helpful links regarding the transition to Harvard and services available to members of the greater Harvard community.

General Harvard Services

Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential help for all Harvard employees and their household members. Some services that are provided by the EAP are crisis counseling, child care, and work/life resources.

Harvard Office of Postdoctoral Affairs
The Office exists to support postdoctoral scholars in working toward their career and professional development goals, to serve as a resource to campus constituents on postdoc life and work, and to build a sense of community among the postdocs it serves.

Harvard ID Card Information
To get a Harvard ID Card, please go to the Campus Service Center (Smith Campus Center, Room 807) during business hours with a Government-issued photo ID and your HUID number.

Libraries

HKS Library [PDF]
This presentation summarizes HKS-specific library resources and the support provided by HKS Librarians. They are your first resource for navigating Harvard's library system.

Harvard Library Portal
The central website of the Harvard library system contains information on all of Harvard’s libraries, the catalog to items in the collection, and access to the University’s digital resources.

Recreation

Harvard Recreation
The Harvard Athletics website provides information about gym access, recreational sports, and game schedules for Harvard’s Division I sports. Per the rates on the Recreation Membership page, benefits-eligible fellows may purchase gym memberships at the subsidized Staff rate, while non-benefits eligible fellows must pay the higher Kennedy School Affiliate rate.

Outings and Innings
Outings and Innings is Harvard’s community hub for ticket discounts to local and regional events available to Harvard ID holders. Peruse their website to find deals on entertainment, museums, sporting events and day trips.

Safety
