Victoria Alsina is an Industry Assistant Professor and Academic Director at the NYU Center for Urban Science and Progress. She was formerly a Fellow with Belfer's Environment and Natural Resources Program, where she conducted research on effectiveness of public private partnerships for advancing the sustainable development goals to meaningfully address complex environmental challenges such as climate change. She participates as an external evaluator for the Roy Family Award for Environmental Partnership. At the Harvard Kennedy School, she is also a Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business & Government and Democracy Fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation.

As an international consultant, she has advised numerous governments, international organizations and private institutions, including the OECD, the European Union and the Inter-American Development Bank, on issues related to public sector reform, public private partnerships, collaborative governance and democratic innovation.

She holds a BA in Political and Administration Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University, an MPA from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, an MA in Public Management from ESADE Business School, and a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University.
